The Church of America is a gathering of Christian churches and congregations. We are united in working for the Lord Jesus Christ in America. We endeavor to do God's work in our great nation, in our homes, in our schools, in our churches, and in our public and private life. The synods, churches and congregations that make up the Church of America are united in a common Christian credo and faith, but recognize that individuals and separate congregations may view the Word of God differently and choose to worship in their own way.
